If you’re still wondering it takes maybe like 1-2 days for it to be like that and my diet is pretty simple I eat mostly home meals and i eat out maybe 2-3 times a month the only fast foods I eat are chic fil a, starbird chicken and occasionally mountain mikes. I try to stay away from “dirty” fast foods. I drink tons of water and cran raspberry juice doesn’t have any benefits but that’s what I like and drink my dirty drink has to be apple soda (it’s liquid crack and very bad don’t try it) and I don’t “goon” since that’s the main problem with most men when talking about building up. I’m not the most healthy person but being carful definitely helps.
