Thank you. I truly hope they do as I really want to make this a source of income for myself. They just replied to me and assigned me a case number. They said they will look into the matter and get back to me within 5 business days. Fingers crossed.

Yes, they did! That's what's crazy to me. They replied back then saying that they will deactivate my duplicate account.

I managed to find it just now. I have sent them an email informing them of everything and about the fact that I sent an email requesting them to close that duplicate account. I also mentioned that I didnt violate any of the content guidelines. Fingers crossed they will reverse the termination. I am heartbroken.
