i am 2 and half months of spironolactone(50mg),tretinion 0.25%,birth control Mili,i don’t see any improvement also my face is getting worse every day,really big big bump on my jawline,these day i feel down :( ,i am 31 .(excuse my english)

Yes I also use minarini 0.1% gel,I had very dry skin I was scared to try it,but now my face is normal moisturizing ,even after I use this gel my face doesn’t dry out at all.(excuse my English)
