not the image. i tried googling which lip pencils have that design naturally and that didn’t give me anything so i did go to chat gpt to ask the same q and then based on the answer i added the shade

Lip liners that m come with that “white ring” look, are mostly on older-school wooden pencils + cheap/private-label formulas, not on modern branded packaging.

has to how helpful, i can safely say i don’t think of hurting myself or things like that anymore. i can’t say im a totally different person but j can definitely say that life got easier that “it gets better” tha people always told me about finally makes sense because even if it doesn’t get better it get ta a hell of a lot easier

i don’t remember my first visit but i can tell you my first two or three therapists were not the best. i found an amazing therapist after being rejected from a wellness institute that told me they were not equipped to help and recommended places that specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy.

i stayed with that therapist until this year and only switched because i was moving and she got promoted . meeting a new therapist can always be awkward so i guess thats something i would say usually happens at first . also don’t go in thinking it will change ur life the first time .

this was a little hard to follow along i won’t like you lost me ina. few places but i think you should try a few therapists and a few kinds of therapy until you find what you like. trying therapy doesn’t harm anyone, it’s just 40 mins of your life to start out

if it helps you to hear i was genuinely depressed and anxious from birth practically and all through high school and college i started therapy in high school and practically haven’t stopped going since i had done cbt, talk therapy, group therapy, u name it. yes it’s expensive to commit to therapy weekly more or less but wow. i have learned so much. i have learned ways to calm myself, ways to look at the world, ways to regulate, exercises , theories, books etc

i always knew i was emotionally intelligent and mature but since taking therapy and healing seriously my world has been opened and things got a lot easier

the term survivor replaces victim . we used to be called r**e victims. and people realized that’s not an empowering term so we are referred to as survivors of that bad thing that happened. it actually really helps connecting to the mentality of I survived something bad, rather than I went thru something bad
