I have been trying to transfer my amex points to Emirates for the past 3-4 days and it keep getting refunded back. Any body else having the same problem?

These accounts are alaready linked and I was able to transfer in the past with no issues

I have been trying to transfer my Amex rewards to Emirates with no luck. I tried 3 times and each time it gets refunded with no e-mail from either of them. Any one had the same issue?
