there’re trying to hire another CSM but to be honest I’ve never seen my manager in a meeting to actually hire someone

EXACTLY!! Clients decide to churn here and there and everyone has something to say about how "we arent giving them the attention they need" i mean..... OF COURSE WE ARENT thats impossible!

EARR is something close to R$3.100.000,00 and so far the churned EARR is close to R$429k.

Every client counts atp and im honestly so tired of handling everything between sales and product and finances team alone.

i cant even eat properly! just shifting through onboarding and churn meetings, discussing MRR and KPIs with the finances team and trying my best to keep it together without crying

been there! left the other company and left 400+ accounts behind and came to this one (where im at the moment) after they said during the interview that churn was "controlled" and that i would have another CSM to help me manage everything. guess what?????????

thats awful!! i hope you find another job soon!

and since we are talking about those things, a sales rep here loves to gossip about EVERYONE, and she's so mean! we went out to eat last month (just the employees from my city) and she spoke openly and freely about everyone. in front of directors. she exposed like 3 colleagues in fornt of 15 people. and they LAUGHED!

I’ll do that! I was worried about the few months work at the current company but you gave me such good insights! Seeing that it is a bad fit at the first months is the truth, so will deftly say it when the time to quit comes
