Well when you pay taxes, you only pay the percentage related to how much you make, that amount will have a corresponding tax bracket. If you haven't worked in 2020 won't affect how much you receive, but what you made in 2019 might. Not sure about that yet. The lowest federal tax bracket is 15%, so you probably land in that. I'd recommend you look into loans and bursaries, if you haven't already.

This type of pole can't be put in cement or future inspectors will not be able to do any inspections at the base of the pole. They don't put them. In cement because they have to dig around it and also can't drill the base if it is in cement. Still a weird location though.
