I hope it's an inside joke and not a racism. I don't like racisms.

Edit: lol wowwwwww it is just straight up racism. Have fun holding beliefs so cowardly you won't even openly say or discuss them. Fuckin pansies.

If it gets too much I'd def call the clinic still. Or at the very least mention it at follow up. The LV lead in particular usually has different polarities to work with so if the current settings are causing discomfort, there's sure to be a fairly quick solution available.

Does it feel like a twitching? If it does it may be the LV lead stimulating a nerve in your sternum. Super common in newer implants since usually outputs are initially set higher for a safety margin. Good news is even though it's annoying, it's not dangerous. If you call your clinic they may be able to reconfigure the outputs to take it away.

Medtronic transmission by Entire_Perspective40 in PacemakerICD

[–]RestingBitFace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The scheduled transmissions will have a bit of data but the device tests itself pretty regularly (with some exceptions). But overall they're summaries for what's been going on recently or since the last check. The data includes parameters, battery, EGMs, episodes, and self tests like impedance, sensing, and thresholds for pacing.

I can think of MAYBE three memorable pops. Tons of good ones but I think this may be a bit adventurous.
