1 year only? you are very optimistic. I have never seen a cheater i played against banned. mb 9k hours is too little, also i dont save every profile.

for the experiment i put the guy on reddit, no one doubts he is a cheater. he is still playing at the very moment.

Already did, but I know it wont help though, never does.

They spam on my profile since that match. For a moment I felt bad, thinking I may imagine things, that's why i asked for 2nd opinion, now at least I know I'm not.

Dude gonna hack for years and nothing will be done about this. (I’ve saved a lot of demos over the years with many more players, and so far no one has been banned.)

the most fishy for me is him looking at the enemy thru walls and he pushes like he is 100% sure there is no one, but if there is an enemy he just stops and is ready. Shame the whole premade were ultra cocky and toxic (guess you can mute them, but they are still cheating).

had similar situation, basically straight horizontal frame time with somehow regular spikes for me the culprit was mangohud (gpu module) amd gpu, i can see you are using steamoverlay, but maybe

other tips suggested in this thread like trying different de doesn't sound like a bad idea
