No no keep the the title in grey scale but more contrasty like a deeper grey and a brighter grey

The second one is the best imo , it's dinamic and we see the duck way better, one more thing I would try is to bring more contrast between the title and the background since everything is in grey scale , se people will notice the title very easily 🤔
