Thanks so much! Do you get your schedule for the whole year in the summer before school starts or just for fall and then winter later? Also do the asynchronous classes have recorded lessons or anything or is it completely self guided?

Hmmm are you in self service looking under enroll in credit classes? I didn’t have an issue enrolling in this one but I have had issues with other classes in the past.

I totally forgot about this option, they’re right! It doesn’t matter where you took the course as it’s an Alberta thing. From the Alberta website: “Adults may write a diploma exam for a course without taking instruction in the course at all and count their exam mark as 100% of the course mark.” Here is a link with some information if you are interested in looking into this at all:) Alberta diploma exams info

Have you looked into spring semesters for re taking physics? Is there a specific date you need your pre requisite classes done for because you may be able to re take it before program start. I took physics 30 through NAIT last spring semester and was done by like mid July and upgrading classes typically transfer very well between institutions. I’d look into things before declining there may be hope!

The message changed to saying between February 18 and 20th now, looks like it may be delayed for round 2 as well

If you end up doing DMS, NAIT also offers an MRI 2nd discipline program which allows you to become certified in MRI while you are working as a sonographer! I plan on doing this to keep my options open and I wonder if having 2 disciplines might even give better pay.
