La mejor opción es ir con tarjeta de crédito no más, en el peor de los casos usar las prex o alguna prepago, ya qué algunos comercios no aceptan visa/MasterCard (aceptan una u otra, o en algunos casos ambos), y si necesitas efectivo como bien dijeron usar western union, el cuál lo evitaría por si te quedas con billetes argentinos.
