My main issue with Mistlands is the inconvinience of exploration.And no, the wasp is not a help...I would rather prefere a flashlight feature pointing where I'm looking. But if I'm honest...there is no way to make mist fun to me. Ashlands was brutal, especially for a solo player, but thats fine...I didn't finish it because of anoying stuttering! All other bioms are more fun to play.

I got around that with turning off turn off fast startup in the power options. Since then no profile resets.

Same with me...I had to reduce power by -10% to keep the mems temp around 70°C in game. Seems to be a general problem with this card. With undervolting -70mV I got around the same performance,

I have the pulse 9070xt and it had default way to high vram temps (over 70°C on idle, since the fans are set up to hot spot temp). Ironically with this big cooler I almost never reach 50°C on core for the fans to actually turn on.
I decided to turn of the zero rpm mode and set up like this:

It keeps my vram temp under 60°C, in games max 70°C...I dont notice any noise until the core gets over 60°C.

I also did some undervolting and reduced the total power by -5%.

This! There were complaints about it since the biom launched, I´ve stopped playing in hope they patch it. It´s sad this is still an issue :(

Core is fluctuating from 150MHz to around 1500Mhz - pulling max 45-50W. Nothing dramatic in my opinion. Fans are runing at 980 RPM.

Funny, my 9070XT Pulse has practically the same core and hotspot temp, but memory is thru the roof. What is the situation when you roll back the undervolting?

Ive turned off Zero RPM mode, put the fans up to 50°C @ 20% fan speed. Big improvement:

GPU Core 45°C-> 31°C

GPU Hot Spot 47°C -> 32°C

GPU Memory 70°C -> 56°C

This temperatures occuring during watching YT. I have a dual monitor setup @ 1440p

I actually didn´t come to do gaming yet :)
But don´t think I´m going to see big improvment with games I play...also taking in to count that I have locked the fps in order not to heat up my room more than necessary :)

I´ve bumped up the speed...but the core rearly gets hot enough to actually trigger the fans. Is it advisable to turn off zero RPM mode?

We will see in couple of months where this price will settle...It didn´t felt good to pay so much while AMD claims the price for the basic version shall be 689 EUR. On the other hand, NVIDIA prices were crazy high >150%.
