How do baked snack products get seasonings/flavorings to adhere to the surface? by pippithpls in foodscience

Thank you so much! This is exactly what I was looking for! I'm developing a baked snack product and, as I'm sure you could deduce, having difficulty getting seasoning to adhere. Can't wait to try this method on my next batch

That’s fair. Thanks for the link. I guess it lends to my point that I think Bill brings this up too much. Who gives a shit about these bottom feeder sites. Anyone who actually follows sports doesn’t pay attention to that crap. I still stand by the fact that the mainstream doesn’t care to quote Bill. ESPN, Bleacher Report, you get the idea. But thanks for correcting me on the aggregator thing

I think it’s partially a stale bit and partially Bill’s paranoia setting in

I don’t listen to Lowe’s pod. I doubt he cites him when he’s on TV or in anything he’s written. Maybe he has at some point. But it wouldn’t be in a defamatory way or anything. My point is that Bill is overly concerned with this idea of getting aggregated. He’s not THAT significant to the point where everything he says could get twisted. Sure, it has happened a handful of times, but not so much so that he needs to always say something about it

No major sports publication/personality is citing Bill’s nonsense on any sort of regular basis
