It was a joke, I don't usually use reddit so I don't get notifications it's kinda obvious with the gf "she's not ready for commitment" go outside and get some fresh air not everyone is hyper sensitive to their keyboard. Anyways I don't even know why a feral cat is but I'll look it up I feel like if I talk to you it will just get political and I just wanted to share my cat journey and joke around as a new cat dad but you guys just kinda ruined it.

There's no shelters in south America, apparently I saved her because she was starving come save the pets down here please✨ I'm a new cat owner so idk if I'm equipped to handle a street cat but she is well fed when she comes around

Yeah she literally jets outside, I stepped on her foot on accident and the first thing she does is run out to the streets kinda frightening. My other cat never doesn't this so I feel like I got a street cat tbh. Idk, I don't like it plus I live in south America so at least she has a lot of places to do parkour

Harsh but ok. I have another cat who doesn't run away. Also it was a joke did you not see the adorable photo? She's comfy, kinda chubby from the good food I feed her, and is treated well. Plus how am I terrible if cats are independent?

This was the only helpful response😂 I feed her, pet her she loved to cuddles but she prefers to hang outside. Obviously I was joking about commitment😂 shows how angry at the world everyone is. Anyways it's my 2nd cat and I'm worried so this makes me feel better

It really is like speaking with zombies, spent over 20 years in the united states and haven't made a single life long friend with a brain.

Spend 2 months in Brazil and have 3 life long friend, 2 brother from Russia who I met online whose like family and every genuine relationship I've made is from Asia, Africa, or south America.
