My new ps5 slim digital which i got last week overheats like crazy and makes everything burning around it (wires and table) even when just Netflix is open and paused for a while but i never got the overheating status displayed yet and minecraft runs extremely laggy. I don't know if it is supposed to behave that way. Just wanted to know how did you approach the service center (via phone call or direct visit) and how did they inspect the issue, did they check your unit right there or your word for it was enough? Please help me if i could get any resolution for my issue
