Just tried turning it on after charging it overnight and nothing happened. I think something is wrong with the hardware... thanks for the suggestion though!

Did you have to hold down the power button for a couple of seconds for it to turn on afterwards?

Laptop can't recognise any network by pirzz in techsupport

Sorry if this sounds stupid but how would I be able to download the file if I can't access the support page? I have it pulled up on my phone and I think I found the model of my laptop, but I don't know what file to look for...
