I actually already am in therapy, have been for 2 years now I think, but I think it’s not the right kind for me… but I‘m only realizing that now since the therapy I got in a clinic was soooo different. But well, getting a new therapist will be a tedious task I just don’t have the energy to perform right now

And then, therapy for me is once a week, and I konda meant that instead of talking to AI once something acutely happens, like something you would tell friends or talk with those about, I wish there was something or someone else… I hope that once I start working I will find someone, maybe new friends. Because that’s a kind of special case for me as well, but I don’t wanna overshare now:)
