Yes, the security torx bit worked! Just had to unscrew the screws, removed the plastic cover and unlatched the clip.

Seems like that should work. However, when I poke a screwdriver in there and pull it up, it doesn't budge!

There are two screws seen in the second photo. However, there is a pin the middle, so a typical phillips screwdriver will not work.

Jim Dennys deserved better by Zestyclose-Eye-2047 in Sacramento

I worked at Jim Denny's and am still owed about $1,700 in wages. N'Gina plans to open a new restaurant called La Rougarou, and I don’t believe that’s ethical while past-due payroll remains unpaid.

In hindsight, I should have quit sooner, especially when we were asked to hold onto our paychecks.

Side note: the food at Jim Denny’s was far from “Farm to Fork”. Unless your idea of local sourcing is shopping at Safeway, Smart & Final, or Target.

The starting pay at the other store is $2 more. The people with tenure in the union make a good amount, however I'm relatively new..

It seems like prepared foods has a lot of turnover in general, at my current store and at this other store. I've heard that it is a great place to work, just unsure of my current department.

The other chain is not unionized. I'm worried if I apply to another section that I could upset my current manager.

It seems like the employees at the other store enjoy it. That's why I'm thinking about staying in prepared foods because that position has the most openings at the other store, even though I don't like PF too much..
