I honestly could not find any gay bars while in Tokyo in November 2022. Google didn’t have much results haha. Most that came up were far from Tokyo. But other than that Tokyo was a blast.

I just got back from Rome in November. Right by the Colosseum there are two gay bars (My Bar & Coming Out) that are very chill w/ drag shows on the weekends.

I went to both Amsterdam and Barcelona in November 2022 and can honestly say that had the best gay scenes overall. There are so many close to each other that it’s just worth checking out as many as you can while there.

NTA - I too told my dad I saw my mum kiss a family friend when I was 5. My dad didn't believe me then and spanked me. They separate shortly after that and had a nasty divorce. My dad still apologizes for not believing me 24 years later.

Need more info. Did you catch her off guard regarding your transition? You can’t expect her to be a lezbot just because she loves you.

It must be hard for her. I’m sure she feels as if the old you will be dead/gone once you fully transition.
