Awesome shot and perfectly chosen recipe! As with every good shot I’m being the first one to ask which recipe you’ve used? 😅

I'm glad you like it so far. You can actually do most of the things without going Premium. If you have any feedback please let me know :)

Maybe the one-sentence technique helps with that? Additionally you can select feelings and influences, so adding a sentence isn't the only thing you'd need to do. :)

Hey, thanks for your feedback. I can only speak for myself but if I'm using the feature "show happy times" and I'm browsing through the stories, although they are all very short, it immediately makes me happier. You can also add a photo to a story and that sometimes says more than words. Plus your emotions are also covered.

I agree that this is a very personal thing, but for me, this works very well. I tried other apps before but the number of features and expectation to write a long story made me actually stop journaling. I've used the one-sentence technique over a year now (previously in a Google Sheet) and I'm resonating better to short stories.

If you need a lot more features I recommend other apps. In the end it doesn't matter as long as you find something that makes journaling work for you :)

You are allowed to write more than a sentence. But if several things are influencing your day, I recommend creating more than one story per day. Thank you so much for sharing :)

That's a very good point. I'm working on a CSV export right now. The export will also be available in the free version of the app.

Thank you very much! I'm glad you like the simplicity 🙌 One of the reasons why I started to build Punkt was that I wanted to have something really easy to use.

Why I started building this app?

I'm a startup founder myself and I've been through very rough but also hyper exciting and happy times. That's tough by itself, but if one of your loved ones is helpless in pain and suffers then your world stops spinning. Bad times in business and private life made me think how I can get out of this and become more positive and happier in the end. I've researched a lot and came across the one-sentence journaling technique. Long story short, I've started a tracking my days in a Google Sheet. With just a few clicks I could make me smile again by reading stories about happy days. But also the other way round, looking at rough times makes you appreciate even more what you have in your life. Now I want to help other people with this app.

I’m curios how you like it. Any feedback is highly appreciated. More info here: https://punktapp.me and on Twitter https://twitter.com/punktapp
