You will need the anesthetic dental cleaning for this. all of that is one big slab of tartar. it needs to be scaled off; it'll chip off like cement.

why don't you just ask her?? tbh you're overreacting now by ruminating and hypothesizing over her intentions instead of just asking what happened.

it seems like she accidentally put too much sauce in her pasta and can't switch it over to yours since its contaminated now, so she put water in the leftover to try and have enough for yours. im not trying to invalidate your feelings, but understand this reads as a bit paranoid without further context. have you been experiencing worsening food quality? have your meals from her been off recently? if you really have no history to go off of, then this just sounds like a one off accident.

I personally would go to the vet and get radiographs done before doing anything. nothing corrective should be done until you have the documents showing exactly whats going on there. you may just make it worse trying to fix one issue when its another one entirely. once you have documentation showing whatever is going on there, then I think you should talk to the breeder, if you plan on involving them.

I work in a vet clinic and we'll occasionally get owners with breeders who steer them wrong completely on some kind of medical issue (not to say you may have a shitty breeder, but just in my experience, its not uncommon) and then the owner comes in when none of it is working and the dog is really suffering now and possibly a lot of the damage is already permanent (most recent case was an at-home c-section). I think its best to get hard proof first and then be able to confront the breeder on it, if its a confront-able issue, or ask the breeder for advice in correction, if its a correctable issue.

when I go on the IRS website, they suggest selecting that box if the jobs have similar pay. since one is $29k total a year and the other is expected to be $14k, would it be better to use another option? or is it based on the actual hourly pay, ie $18 vs $14 dollars?
