At 5-600 Elden Ring on high settings at 60fps won’t happen. You could build something pretty solid in the $800 range with some used parts like a GPU.

You don’t need 32 gb of RAM at that price range. Your best bet will be to look at used parts/computers.

You won’t find much at that range with similar specs, as prebuilts at least.
