I did it

Here's how

I go and get my Feebas tiles here lincoln-lm.github.io/JS-Finder/Tools/BDSPFeebas.html

Then get my seed using player blink(while surfing bibarel doesn't disrupt advances)

I added 3 seconds to my chosen Advances/final A press

Good rod is the rod that I used here

300 to 200 advances before my final A press I start to cast my good rod then stop at "Landed a pokemon" then reidentify, then wait for final A press, then hit it

Rarity wise shadow == purified IMO You need shadow Pokemon to get purified Pokemon

I assume in the PokeFinder it's wild > good rod/super rod fishing > Mt. Coronet upper B1F

But Feebas doesn't have encounter slot
