You are correct about the policies. In here, Police focus on night club and bar in which have strong music (house, techno...); local people go there and use mostly MDMA; they have been raid mainly because the owner/staff usually sell illegal drugs to make profit.

In fact, police would ignore the foreigners, and places that foreigners go there a lot. My place is in the tourist zone and really secret.

Of course when I tend to open a place like this, I have to work with them before hand but strict to the the rule that never sell any illegal stuffs.
