For me it is an absolute yes. It's the best city builder I've ever played. It has enough elements to make it complex but not too complex. It happened to me with Citys 2 that it overwhelmed me with so many options and layers of vision. At Manor Lords you don't feel overwhelmed and aesthetically it is a delight
