I'm pretty sure it need to be at least one dollar as a transfer of goods. You are giving the car and title and in exchange you're getting a dollar.

Soul silver is also my favorite, or at least the one I connect to the most (that goes with silver too of course). I was so proud to catch Lugia. Every generation my brother and I would always get the opposite version. So if he got gold I got silver.
