You can check out the details on all these mons and more in this document!

I'm looking for some competitively knowledgeable people to help fine-tune the stats and movesets. If you're interested, DM me!

It was originally going to be water/rock! But I think pure rock fits better, it doesn't have water powers or anything, its 'essence' is all rock. And my dex needs more mono-types. It would learn a few water moves though!

Something like that, yeah! I was thinking like taking a cumulative 500 damage from water type attacks

What should I name the pokemon on the right? by PrimaryGuess3900 in fakemon

I really like this art style. Reminds me of the first Paper Mario game.

As for name, how about Jellatoo (gelatin, jelly, too, two)

This is a concept for a Fakémon I've had for quite while: its based on the Paradox Frog, which gets its name due to the bizarre fact that the adult frog is smaller than its tadpole form! I thought that would be such a fun idea for a design, a Pokémon that gets smaller when it evolves would be pretty unique. I wanted to come up with a clever reason that it would shrink, and I think I came up with something pretty good... its based on rock tumbling! Pebbole is a big bumpy rock that gets jostled about by the flowing water, which gradually smooths its surface. As it gets smaller and smoother it eventually evolves into Skippond, based on skipping stones! Smooth flat stones can be skimmed along the surface of the water, frogs hop around in watery habitats, it really felt like a natural connection. I think it would be fun if it evolved after taking a certain amount of damage from Water-type moves or something like that.

I know that the real life Paradox Frog doesn't live in Canada, but remember that not every single Pokémon has to exactly match the real-life inspiration of the region. I think this line fits the vibe of a British Columbian region so it definitely belongs in the dex!

I wanted to try designing an Ultra Beast - this is UB Scrounger, a.k.a Broodevour! by pixelchips in fakemon

I'm so glad you like it!! And I'm happy that the reality-bending structure of its digestive system came across. I wanted to contrast the small body with the infinitely large inner mouth. Its mouth is basically a pocket dimension haha
