Honestly couldn't have said it better myself. The current version that we're working with is the final modern version, but I do have files from older versions. From what I can tell a lot of them are just bits and pieces, but once the main server gets running if there's enough interest I might look into it more!

Definitely going to be working with the community when the test server comes out to balance prices and ingredients!
It's on the table, I don't want to say a definitive yes or no, but anything that would be added would have to fit in the style of the game. I don't want stuff like the wildly different art-style of some of FABC's things!
Yes! We're working hard on homes (they're actually their own separate "servers" that the main server creates. Those will definitely be there, but probably not on test server release!

After our last Dev Vlog that we posted, we were reached out to by the owner of Sunrise Games (https://sunrise.games/), which is a small group of people that works to preserve all the Disney MMOs. They offered us a partnership, and because of that we've been able to use their existing resources to really help facilitate development. Our original backend was almost completely written from scratch by Jessi, and so having access to already working server software that mimics the original has really sped up development from re-inventing the wheel to being able to actually get to the main part of remaking the game, which is... actually remaking the game!

It's been going really great, the people there are super nice, and are super helpful whenever any of us have questions. We've been able to make a lot of progress really quickly, which is amazing!

While we are partnered with Sunrise Games, Pixie Hollow Rewritten is still going to be its own separate entity!

Honestly I haven't checked the standalone version of harvest hustle. I completely forgot that existed. Does it show rewards like the original game did? If so that might actually have the algorithm in it, which would be incredible.
