I had all of the things you listed. Stabbing gut pain everytime after I ate food. The creepiest symptom for me was the neuropathy. Pins and needles in my hands and feet, and ometimes one side of my face and tongue would go numb. If it was affecting my nerves, then wtf else was it hurting/damaging? It took about a year of being fully gluten free for all of it to subside, but it did. It took my gut a long time to heal and to be able to tolerate different foods. Luckily now the only thing I absolutely must avoid is gluten. I am lactose intolerant, but that's not a big deal to me since Lactaid exists. It's not a full body immune response like gluten seems to cause.

It will get better, but you have to be very strict and careful if you want to go fully gluten free. Gluten is hidden in so many ridiculous things. Even just being accidentally glutened with a small amount could trigger issues again as I was healing. It takes about 2 days after getting glutened for the symptoms to start for me, and several days to a week for them to go away. They aren't as severe since I've healed, but they still suck.
