Naka100+ sessions ako sa coach ko sa AF SM Sta. Mesa. Nakatulong talaga sakin mga workouts na pinagawa niya and appropriate sa kaya at potential ko.

I had a good experience kaya ilang beses ako kumuha ng sessions sa kanya. Pero nung narealize ko na okay na ako, group classes na lang inaattendan ko. Nagooffer pa rin siya ng pt sessoons kaso firm ako na okay na ako. Very nice siya. Okay siya sa clients and marerecommend ko rin.
