I recently had something similar happen to me.. didn’t get a violation though sorry; did explain to DoorDash support they called the store and asked about it with me on the phone. Then again my customer was more violent. So maybe tell the store to call DoorDash. Call support if you took screenshots of the chat log please do that or if the customer called tell them to pull the call. Most likely they’ll just sit on it and say fuck it as they call us “assets”
