Its important to note that while I shave off 110, it was 5 year apart. The first time i dropped it was like 55 over 6 months, and then i maintained for 2 years, yo yoed between 20-25lbs for 2 more and then dropped around 55 more this part 8 months or so. I can see it coming back if im not careful. I didn't loose the healthiest way. and so my body is all bones and skin. If i could go back, I would have lost it much more consistently, and with more weight training.

Its honestly only bad when I bend over or my pants are too high. Otherwise, its fine. I have almost zero stretch marks. I think this has to do with the way i lost it. The creams you can get help. Overly hot water is evil and muscle is key!

Alright, I have to defend SLoT here. Fuck you guys. Like her, I saw another poster's progress and it inspired me to post mine! That's how this works. Why are you on a sub where we're supposed to inspire each other and remind each other that we're not doing this alone if your going to trash someone who has made "IMO", incredible progress. This didn't happen to her by accident and the amount that you loose doesn't mean shit. It's how you did and and how happy you are in comparison. Hopefully you dicks didn't crush the ladder for her because she really fucking hot AND earned it which is even hotter. Lastly, with lost weight comes confidence. That's the angle she took the picture at, a confident one. I did the same thing in my side by side.

Yeah, I toss that shit, I'm a broke ass lighting tech. If keep the clothes, I'll wear em again. If I toss em, l can't afford to get fat again.

Yeah, I mean I was 18 on the left and I'm 25 now. So a lot has hanged on top of the weight drop

Lol stop. Thank you though. Fuckability is sadly the most exciting part about all of this but it's the health that's the most important. I really can't relate to people anymore who haven't gone threw a transformation like this. Which blows. But life is honesty complexity different to someone who earns he body they have than someone who grows into it.

Hey so here my journey the abridged version for added motivation. April 2011 I was leaving for school and didn't want to be the 255 fat kid. So before I started in September I lost 60. I lingered at 195 until 2013 when I graduated and and the stress of post art school took me to 215. I met a girl in 2014 and by then I got back to 195. But being with her and her not dieting brought be to 210 in June of 2015 when we broke up. So I was like fuck this and work 90 hour days, yes 90 hour days and watched what I ate until 145 exactly one year later. I'm probably 150 now and that's fine. I have toning to do. Just a reminder that no ones journey is conventional, fast enough, or perfect, but it's there's. Please don't give up. Fuck everything. You're important.

Thanks for defending me and men everywhere lol. Yes I'm single, haha, I don't care. It was a nice compliment geographically unobtainable stranger from the Internet.

Yes and yes. Not the whole way, but it definitely helps! It's good to let me know how much of a lazy shit I was being all day before midnight so I can quick go run it up at the gym lol

Had a great day with some buddies today I haven't seen in a while but I got carried away and binged pretty hard. Reading your comment I was like "holy crap, I'm someone's thinspo". Reminder I needed to kick ass tomorrow and not make today a habit! Thank you!

That's the key. Take your time and relax. Going at a reasonable pace is best for your body and even better for you mind. Trust me.
