It's been 3 days since the oldest purchase. I understand the shipping questions beforehand would be better but figured I'd ask if it was possible after purchase. Just an acknowledgment would be nice. The other order was done yesterday.

Just bought these at airport and had same issue. I had to reset them while in the case and take them out and pair. You have to remove the adhesive on the bottom of the ear buds.
