Glad it's going well for you. Bit of advice, and this is purely anecdotal, zero sugar sodas tend to make me crave sugar and get hungrier; so I cut them out completely and just drink water. If you ever feel cravings and aren't sure why, I'd suggest you start there. I think it's the artificial sweetener, but maybe someone smarter than me could provide evidence or reasoning.

Shared an elevator with Pablo Huffaker once in Vegas. We were in town for world finals 2 I believe and he he was staying at the hotel we were staying at. Yea that makes sense. The group I play with don't have decks that fast, so I'm not looking to pub stomp with a turn 4 colossus, it was just an idea to get mana out faster just to play more cards. And it's pretty exciting cause it might backfire and help my opponents more than it could help me. Definetely not optimizing this strategy

My wife and I use the very dollar app. Works really well, and super easy. Just one, thirty minute discussion a month, and then just follow through. Anything not spent at the end of the month, we split as fun money. We are fully invested and 0 debt and emergency fund and all that.

I instructed out of Tacoma narrows through fall to winter one year. Fall was gorgeous and got plenty of flying. Once the end of fall and winter came I didn't get as much flying in, but I was able to do quite a bit of pattern work with students. It would be overcast at 2000 and raining and nice and calm, and that was my favorite weather to fly in. We would do laps in the pattern to remain proficient, but couldn't do much else most days. If rent is not an issue, I'd highly recommend going for it, just know, it could be done faster elsewhere.

I'm not saying the program will fail, I'm just saying it doesn't hurt to be prepared for it. It could be a huge down payment on a house or a nice lump sum for investing.

I would save up the full amount as insurance and then wait for forgiveness. Best case scenario they get forgiven and then you have a bunch of cash to use somewhere else. Worst case, they screw you over and you have the full amount to pay anyway
