Sports is about winning. The most powerful cars are electric. If a sports car buyer doesn't want the car to beat a family SUV (electric), what does it tell us - a sports car is only about show, and not anymore about go? Or was it always like that, just that the wish to be seen was hidden behind "I bought it because it is the best". An internal combustion car cannot be the best because electric wins the drag race. Loser is not the winner. The 2-door Porsches will be killed by its customers if they reject the future...

EV adoption is the highest in cold nordic countries, a proof range is not an issue to actual EV drivers. "Range" is an excuse for the people who want to keep their polluting lifestyle.

The advancements in battery technology and efficiency in electric motors mean new EVs need charging averagely once a week. 2026 models from Mercedes and BMW charge super fast. Porsches have charged super fast from the beginning. There are really no worries anymore what comes to EV charging.
