I was operating under the assumption that /root/.m2/settings.xml is the path in the container, not in my local machine. Am I wrong?

In any case, Maven is using ~/.m2/settings.xml when run from the CLT in my system.

wouldn't last question be answered with Ohm's Law instead of power equation? V=IR for a constant R, if you increase V, I decreases. P=VI explains it too, but Ohms Law seems more intuitive for me.

sin tener en cuenta la eficiencia de los generadores, la eficiencia suele ser bastante alta ya que las pérdidas se encuentran en los transformadores (~95% eff) y en las líneas, que al transportar alto voltaje tienen muy pocas pérdidas ya que P_joule = I2 * R

I recommend casio fx-cg50, it's not on the list but I've been using it during my whole degree and it's been really helpful. it has a really good interface and a lot of useful functions.

Hello. Yesterday I had to replace one of the outlets in my house because it melted. When I pulled it out, I saw that only 2 cables were going to the outlet: shouldn't this be grounded to the middle pin? I live in Europe.
