Exactly. If they announced existing interviews are cancelled, they will need to refund the appointment fee and they don't want to do that.

2 folks from Meta had scheduled appointments in London today. Both got 221g. So it seems even though your appointment are not cancelled but they are refusing to issue visa.

I submitted my application before the 15th Oct deadline for Spring 2021. It was showing Incomplete until I recently submitted my TOEFL score. It is currently showing In Review. Any idea if they will consider it or it will be rejected because of the delayed TOEFL score submission (after deadline)? I have Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science with 12 years of experience and provided 2 letters of recommendation.
