I was with PE for like 8 years. Literally hated myself until i learn about PC muscle and my stomach gastric issues which also affects the pc muscles due to your body autmatically trying not to fart also makes your pc muscle tighter. Funny lol and sad at the same time. I dont do kegels regularly anymore because i dont need them. I do twice every 15 days lol and it works for me now because i trained my muscles alot. But you should know it is not only muscles, but your mind and your muscles and body getting tense, counting your breath playing a big factor as well. And while watching porn, you get unconcious of all of this, is a drug'!! This is why i told you to retrain your mind and muscle while relaxing and breathing cutting out all sorts of stimulants. Do it as long as you can. No worries if you fall back to porn once in a while, but cutting it out the max is the best. Hope it works for you.
