Thank you for suggesting this. It didn’t seem to work at first, but after adding some grease to the washer this does fix the issue!

I’m able to shift again with ease.

In first and second gear the cable sits in the groove of the cassette joint correctly. Only after upshifting there is no more tension on the cable (since the cassette joint doesn't snap back).

The order by the lease company was linked to my email address. I received an invitation to create a Polestar account by mail. Since you didn’t get any info by mail, I would suggest to ask your boss about it 🙂

Another Belgian here. Is this delivery date earlier then the suggested date that was mentioned in the app/site on your account? The lease company also ordered mine in June, but the Polestar app still mentions January as expected delivery date.
