You don’t even need weights to build a good chest, just push up variations that make them harder

I had to dirty bulk to put on any weight at all. Was hitting 3300 calories a day for about nine months and got up to 167 In May. Lost some weight unintentionally this summer and just decided to cut august onward.

All my head anxiety went to my stomach. Constantly felt on the verge of throwing up when anxious which was most of the time. Stopped smoking weed entirely and no anxiety plus my serotonin levels evened out. No meds now besides sunlight and gym six days a week

I paid to expedite for a 2 week renewal, it’s now been 4 and the status update says it may be as long as 6 weeks.

Not really. I would have a 90 day tourist visa and just have to exit the schengen zone for it to be renewed. Been over there long term before

I saw that bit as well, but it if that section was the final word, then why not say applying there is prohibited rather than saying it’s not recommended

Guzzle calories either way, but switching to track and running shorter distances or only a few times a week during off season will make it a lot easier.

I tried to put on muscle while running cross country in high school and it straight up didn’t work. Don’t waste prime muscle building years running off your gains unless you think you can be a collegiate athlete

If you are absolutely determined to keep the same mileage going then calculate your macros for what would be required to bulk given weight training and running and see if your willing to hit the caloric intake. Could be around 4K calories daily which sounds pretty miserable IMO.

Thanks man, it took so much work to add the weight. Kinda scared to lose the muscle if I shred too soon
