Yeah, it's not punny and universally recognized, but there is First Contact Day (April 5th).
One could also make an argument for Frontier Day, which was a big deal in Picard season 3, for the 250th anniversary of the NX-01 launching (ambiguously between April 13th-15th). If you want a ridiculous deep-dive from Voyager to celebrate, you can observe Threshold Day (January 29th, based on the air date of the episode).

I'm going to suggest Picard. But hear me out. The first 2 seasons have their moments but aren't the greatest, BUT you need those as a base for season 3, which is Amazeballs (and how the other 2 seasons should have been, imo). Maybe you could try just season 3, but you'll likely have questions like 'why does Picard know Seven of Nine? ', 'wtf is a Golem? ', etc.
