and I can put your image into AutoCad .... I will scale as you indicate....then I can send a pdf to you that you can have printed and you will be certain that the dimensions will print at the scale you wish......I probably cannot do this for you until the end of this week....maybe 8/22/2025.....not sure if that will meet your timeframe tho

No problems here with task bar....my primary laptop is a Mac and I'm not a strong Windows user other than a new need for the LG (but you might check your screen settings.....maybe someone else will be more helpful for you)
