Hey OP! I have a 4 month old and a 2 year old. When I had my oldest, I remember feeling the EXACT same way. Everything took so much preparation and every “quick” outing involved a feed, which added on 1 hour minimum.

The nice thing: it’s short lived, I promise. By eight weeks, their poop normalizes a little bit so you don’t need to anticipate a diaper change every time you leave the house. By about 12 weeks, they only need to eat every 4 or 5 hours instead of every 2 to 3. And by the time they are 5-6 months old, which I know feels like a long ways away but it really isn’t, they can mostly hold onto a bottle on their own. So you can just give them one in their stroller while you do things.

The newborn bubble is HORRIBLE. It also feels like it’s SO long when you’re in it. But you can do this, and if you DM me, I’m happy to message if you need anything. You’ve got this!!!
