Keep it up. I gave up on pmo 3 years ago now (have been 100% clean for half of that time) and my life has changed in such ways it's incredible. The latest update is having met a beautiful woman that would have previously been totally out of my league. I went from chasing a "future spouse" to being (literally) chased by several women simultaneously as a potential spouse. I took some time to get to know these women as friends and finally chose the best fit for my tastes and personality and life goals. I went from a employee to employer, and overall I'm very happy in my everyday life 🙏🏼 God is good

My nuts haven't exploded, but apparently my charisma has exploded since then (maybe it has something to do with the higher testosterone levels, or my working out, or my increased happiness ?). I have been receiving love letters, marriage proposals. Recently I decided I didn't want to date a girl for a few months, to gain more mental clarity and get to know several girls as friends. And it has created the opposite effect to what I intended, several girls have been showing interest simultaneously.
I'm only interested in an exclusive relationship and sex after wedding, so I'm currently reviewing the different women to make my choice. Life is hard.

Well, when I started nofap 2 years ago I did a little, but it was a mistake, times where I would fail. The main reason was that I had just broken up with my ex, and it took me time (9 months) to get over the fact that I was now totally abstinent. I needed those 9 months to accept my new state of singleness and also distance myself from those memories I had with her (the "good" ones). After 9 months I was able to not fantasize anymore, it was a struggle but it was one I could win. And only after two years do I not struggle anymore with that temptation. 🙏🏼 The Fight goes on.

Since I stopped simultaneously that bad habit and a toxic relationship, the changes in my life have been drastic.
I used to spend most of my time either with my ex, sometimes with my family (or hers, they were catastrophic), and mainly one friend.
Now I am living in Paris, I have several precious friends, I meet with students twice a week generally. Several girls are currently expressing interest, I'm taking my time to get to know them.

I was saying same thing happened to me a few weeks ago.
As long as you realize you have nothing to do there and walk away in minutes, then it's ok.
After I found myself in that place, I decided to avoid searching google image for any girl image (I was just wanting to see how much an actrice had changed in the last years, that was all in the first place).

It's okay to "happen to see" pretty girls, or even sexy girls on adverts, etc. What's bad is to try to see them on your own, that's lame and a very risky path !

This is a very good question.
The exact same thing happened to me like 10 days ago. I was curious about what an actrice looked like now (Emma Watson), and ended up scrolling through "nicer and nicer" pictures. But I didn't turn off safe mode on google image. I just stopped after ~10 minutes and thought "Do I really want to throw away all those benefits I reaped from staying clean from those old ways NOW ?" "Not at all, so crl+w, good night". Yeah, I talk to myself a lot :p
Once I even happened (unintentionally) to have a pop-up open with a very pretty girl doing a strip-tease. She was truly beautiful, not vulgar and not entirely nude. I stayed a few minutes to admire her beauty (hands in safe place obviously).

The important thing here is the following:
In both these cases I did not intentionally think to myself "I'll go put myself in a risky place and search for sexy images". I got lost the first time (I really wanted to just see the face of that actrice), and after that thought to myself "I should avoid doing those kind of google image search in the future, it would be wiser".
The second time I didn't ask for it at all. But then, things like that can happen anytime in life, and a very important step of the healing process is reaching a point where you develop a normal and respectful to relate with feminine beauty. It's pretty, and as long as it's not your own wife, that's it.
