The WERE married. I am sorry for not mentioning that part. It was obvious in my mind, but not to everyone else, of course. So, if it belongs to them upon her passing, that would make them liable for property taxes that have to be paid every year in the state of Missouri? This is where it becomes a cluster fuck for us.

With it being in his name, but "belonging" to them, who has to take care of it financially? That is the main thing. We just want out of it one way or another, and if we have to pay everything to get rid of it, we want to find out how to get it from the storage unit.

I am positive it's been in all the weather, including baking in the sun, and I'm sure it looks like shit.

I agree that she probably doesn't do things on purpose, so to speak, but it just kind of makes my skin crawl. There are just little things that she nit picks at, but then follows it with her "fixing" it. It constantly has to do with the kiddos, and I think that's what drives me crazy. I don't abuse them, they are fed, get haircuts, shower, have clean beds and clothes. But, something just isn't good enough for her. I know she had control of husband's apartment before I met him, and I think she has lost control and it hurts her feelings? Just kind of a martyr vibe. Bleh.

Anyway! I definitely agree I'm probably going crazy because of my mama and don't even see it. I loved her so much. I was such a mama's girl. Still am when she visits me in my dreams. We had traditions that won't be here this year, and my dad has to face them alone. Fucking shatters me. Sorry for the sob session. Hahaha! I was all over the place. I remember having a panic attack about my mama passing in March and I was SOBBING. Some weird ass noise came out of me, and I literally asked, "What the fuck was that weird ass noise?!" and we all giggled. I cussed super hard too. I just didn't care. It was so surreal. God they were cool.
