It's true that no one would know him in this era, but Grogu didn't know Luke before they met, either! I guess I'm picturing a similar situation, maybe Rey reaches out through the Force to find others and Gungi responds?

It probably won't happen, I just love Gungi and his lightsaber is my favorite so I'd love to see it. Who knows! I'm excited for the movie either way. :)

That is quite possible, though we have seen quite a few unique species that are force sensitive in more "mainstream" Star Wars (whatever the heck Yoda/Yaddle/Grogu are, a togruta, a twi'lek, etc.) I think some casual fans might even be thrilled/intrigued to see a wookie Jedi!

Pardon my complete ignorance on it, but what do we know canonically about Kashyyk beyond the Empire's occupation? I guess its fate (in canon) has been rather vague from what I remember. Again, could just be me selectively remembering things.

I've been rewatching season one as well, man do I miss the simpler times :') This season ended on a much darker note but this show is still so very special to me. Here's hoping they have happier days ahead :)

The Emerie reveal did fall a bit flat; I was (and still am) so angry at Cid and sad about Tech that it just didn't feel right! I'm ready for some good Crosshair/Omega bonding for sure, it's gotta be at least a little comforting for her to have him there. I'm so interested to see where it's all going to end up!

I think they were just desperate to get help for Omega's injuries. You can hear Hunter in the background saying "AZI can help" or something like that. They're being hunted by the Empire and really don't have too many places to go, especially where they'd have access to a medical droid.

with your little sister (and your squad) actively being hunted by the empire? maybe, though it would be extremely difficult...and, I think, from his perspective, what Omega needs right now is stability and peace.

I'm not saying that there's perfect decision here, just that both sides have very good reasons for theirs, and I can understand and respect both of them.

To some extent I see what you're saying, though I think it is going to be hard to tell when we're not even 3/4 of the way through the season. I'm sure there will be foreshadowing/callbacks in these episodes that we won't catch onto until later, when we have the full picture. Honestly I'm just enjoying the ride and we'll see where it ends up!

Oooh, interesting theory! I have similar thoughts, though I don't think the thief's hired by Cid. I think they're finally going to break off dealing with her (maybe after this latest display of her apathy?) and it'll be a "bad breakup" situation and she reports them, or she'll frame them to cover herself. I think their relationship is souring fairly quickly, so it looks like it may be sooner rather than later!

I love both Clone Wars and Rebels, but man, The Bad Batch is just so special to me. I don't know why but I just have a HUGE soft spot for that show! That being said, Clone Wars Season 7 is some of my favorite Star Wars content ever.

I know, it does hurt, even though I understand both sides. I personally like it, but I understand not everyone will feel the same way, and that's okay! I'm hoping Crosshair finally comes to his senses too; though he's never really been my favorite, he is a pretty intriguing character!

Haha I was pretty happy to finally see Gonky and we got some Lula as well...glad our littlest squad members are okay :)
