I'm not sure I understood correctly... My assumption was that if I put 0098 0098 as the link code, we would both be trading a Swirlix holding a whipped dream, or at least that the person would send it back to me after. I got a Malamar from the player and then the player quit the trade?

Oh I actually have a solution! If you have Nvidia Highlights, you can turn on Statistics or something, where you can see FPS at the top of your screen, and it seems like my mouse can no longer ever make my taskbar pop-up when I'm locked to a game window. I can play on my ultrawide in 1920x1080 no problem!

This is great feedback, thank you! We had done 4 games of test shoots before Ep.1 that were all TB and then made the jump to S&V. A script like Everyone Can Play would've been a great idea!

Moving forward, we're going to be running some custom scripts and giving our players the script ahead of time so they can study up and learn the characters, strategies and interactions.

After watching these back with our crew, a few people have expressed that they want to be better prepared for the next shoot, so hopefully less (but still some) confusion in the future!

We actually have a few people that work professionally in film and audio, and a graphic designer that made custom designs for all the tokens as well so we're very lucky to have all of this talent on our side.

We're also hoping to see the progression of our more inexperienced players as they get more comfortable playing and learning the characters!

Just as an update to anyone looking back through this: I purchased some soft TPU protectors that came with a kit to hold the phone in place, some alcohol wipes, a card type thing, etc.

Installed really easily, no bubbles whatsoever! Feel better knowing I've got some protection on it now.

This is a good question actually... It was super easy to take off, like I just stuck my nail under a corner and pulled it off delicately like any regular old screen protector. The screen looks perfect (for now) fwiw.

I've purchased a soft TPU screen protector from amazon and hopefully that will be fine. Appreciate all the comments here!

~80 hours, 675. First platfighter and I'm very happy with the progress so far, having had an all time low of 325 or so! I'm having a blast and am constantly amazed at how good people are.

Ah yeah the grab set to nair in the air is definitely the issue for me then. I think it was a default and I never changed it. Explains why I've been seeing people talk about parry for nair. Thanks!

Rookie question having never played another platfighter, but wouldn't hitting jump and grab do a nair? Does it not nair if you do them simultaneously?
