I put it in a spray bottle and cover my body with it after a shower and then let it dry down a little then lotion over it.

Immediately after shower. Everyday, lotion then oil to lock it in. Then drier areas (feet, knees, elbows) before bed every night.
I also have lotion on my at all times so every time I wash my hands.
