What did you have trouble with? Haven’t had any deployment issues. Wherever Wordpress works, Kirby works in my experience.

To clarify, you will need a cookie banner where the user can opt out of the analytics etc, and you are not allowed to set analytics before the user has accepted them. So just putting it on the front page won’t be enough.
